SHIPPING & RETURNS

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product availability. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your order.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Domestic Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days (depending on location).

  • International Shipping: Varies based on destination; typically 7-14 business days.

Shipping Carrier:
We use trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your products.

RETURN POLICY

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Return Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Condition of Products: Products must be in unused and unwashed condition with all original tags intact to be eligible for return.

  • Return Request: All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Please contact us at support@craftersapparel.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Restocking Fees: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on the product condition and reason for return.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Crafters Apparel (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that are worn, washed, or printed are not eligible for return.

  • Custom-made or Special Orders (SMU products) are not returnable under any circumstances.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you receive defective merchandise, please contact Crafters Apparel customer service at support@craftersapparel.com within 7 days of receipt. We will review your claim and process a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees or restocking charges. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
